Once the FICA documents have been verified and the payment has been confirmed as cleared in our bank account your order status will move to processing.

After processing you will be notified that your coin or bar is ready for collection or alternatively tracking details will be sent to you should you have opted for delivery.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your payment to be processed through the banking system and for us to get confirmation of the funds being cleared in our account. This is merely an estimated processing time and more often than not payments are cleared in under 24hrs. Payments via credit card online or real-time eft payments are confirmed within 4-6hrs.

Please do note that no orders will be released until payment has been cleared into our account and confirmed as such by our bankers.

1oz Krugerrands are usually available within 48hrs of purchase should the payment clear before 11am. Payments cleared thereafter will have stock allocated within 72hrs.

Bullion bars and fractional Krugerrands have a 5-7 day production period after which it will be ready for collection or delivery.

Request for production will only be submitted once payment has cleared.

Simply register an account online and upload your FICA documents for verification. You will be required to provide a copy of your ID and proof of residence not older than 3 months. You will be notified via email once your account has been verified and you are able to make your purchases.

We will buy back any gold/silver bars or Krugerrands you would like to sell at the market related ‘buy back’ price.

As the market prices fluctuate throughout the day it would be best for you to call our office to get the most updated pricing.

FICA documents will be verified within 2 hrs during normal trading hours.

Never clean bullion if you are unsure of its value. Tarnish is only a natural reaction to oxygen and sulphur on the bullion itself. Blemishes such as tarnish, scratches, dents, and milk spots are often caused by the minting process or during handling, and are commonly found in uncirculated mint condition silver and gold coins, wafers and bars. Any reputable dealer will know that these such blemishes will not affect the value of the bullion, as the value of bullion is based on the weight and purity of the metal.

If there is significant damage to the coin or bullion that has affected the weight it will have to be assessed and a value provided on its current weight will be provided.
