Please allow 24–48 hours for your payment to clear through the banking system; in practice, most payments clear within 24 hours, and card or real-time EFT payments are typically confirmed within 4–6 hours. If your order has not moved to processing within one business day, or you have not received a payment confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

1 oz Krugerrands are typically available within 48 hours of purchase, provided payment clears before 11am; payments clearing after this time will have stock allocated within 72 hours. Bullion bars and fractional Krugerrands are subject to a 5–7 day production period, after which they will be ready for collection or delivery. Production is only requested once payment has cleared.

Register an account online and upload your FICA documents for verification, including a copy of your ID and proof of residential address no older than three months. You will be notified by email once your account has been verified and you are able to proceed with your purchase. Please contact our offices if you experience any difficulty opening an account.

We buy back gold and silver bars and Krugerrands at the prevailing market-related buy-back price. As prices fluctuate throughout the trading day, we recommend contacting our office directly for the most current rate.

FICA documents are typically verified within two hours during normal trading hours.

We recommend not attempting to clean bullion if you are unsure of its value. Tarnish is simply a natural reaction between the metal and oxygen or sulphur in the air. Surface blemishes such as tarnish, scratches, dents, and milk spots are often the result of the minting or handling process, and are commonly found even on uncirculated coins, wafers, and bars. Any reputable dealer will recognise that these blemishes do not affect the value of the bullion, since value is determined by the weight and purity of the metal rather than its surface appearance. Where damage has affected the item’s weight, it will need to be assessed, and a value provided based on its current weight.
